Software we build, run and charge for
Two paid products, each with a monthly subscription and a 14-day free trial. Below them are three more services we built and operate ourselves, which are the best evidence we have that we can take something from an idea to a live service that takes payments.
Two we built and kept
Most of what we build belongs to the client. Twice now we have hit a problem common enough across a whole industry that it made more sense to build it once and charge for it monthly. Both started as something a client needed.
Retention is held for years and released in two halves, and the dates are buried in a contract nobody reads twice. This works out what is held across every job, when each half falls due, and whether deduction has passed the cap it should have stopped at.
Reminders before each date, applications for release with the wording already written, and statutory interest calculated on anything late.
Photograph a delivery note and every dish using those ingredients recosts itself. See which dishes lose money once a platform has taken its third, and which sessions are carrying the week.
Plus the waste and comp records that explain a gross profit below benchmark, because you cannot reconstruct last year’s log once somebody asks.
Both have a free version that does the calculation once, in your browser, with nothing uploaded. All nineteen free tools are worth a look whether or not you ever pay us anything.
Products we've built and operate
These are not for sale as software. They are live services we run, and the same work we do for clients: payments, automation, AI and a lot of careful rules written down as code.
CVCraft AI
A CV rewriting service with no person in the loop. A customer submits a CV and a target role, Claude rewrites it, Stripe takes payment, and the finished document arrives within 24 hours.
FamilyEntitled
A calculator that tells UK families which benefits and entitlements they can claim. The eligibility rules cover more than eight schemes and run entirely in the browser, so nothing a family enters is stored.
Kismet
A UK wedding planning platform with guest management, a seating planner that spots conflicts, a budget tracker and tools for suppliers. The waitlist is open and the platform is being built.
Need something built for your own business?
Most of our work is reporting and data automation for UK businesses, at a fixed price you pay once you have watched it work. The build estimator gives an itemised figure for anything larger.
