AI-powered business tools UK

AI that works inside your process,
not in a separate tab someone forgets to open.

Scoped individuallyFixed price, paid when it works

We build business tools with Claude built in, so the AI is part of the workflow your team already follows. It reads the document, drafts the proposal or sorts the enquiry, then hands the result to a person to check. Most of our work is reporting and data automation, and AI tools are one of the things we also build.

The same task, done by hand, every single time

  • Every proposal starts from a blank page, even though they all follow the same shape.
  • Someone spends the afternoon typing figures from supplier invoices into a spreadsheet.
  • New enquiries sit in a shared inbox until somebody has time to read and route them.
  • The answer is in our own policies somewhere, but only one person knows where.
  • We tried pasting things into ChatGPT, but the output never comes back in the format we need.

Generic AI tools ask your team to adapt to them. Somebody copies text in, copies the answer out, then reformats it. The time saved is smaller than it looks.

A custom tool is built around one specific task. It takes the input your business already has and produces the output in the format you need, the same way every time.

AI tools that fit the task you already do

Each one handles a job that is repetitive, involves reading or writing text, and currently takes a person’s time for every instance.

Proposal and quote generators

Put in the client requirements and get back a formatted proposal in your voice, using your pricing logic, ready for someone to check and send.

Document processors

Upload contracts, invoices or reports. The tool pulls out the key data, summarises it or turns it into a structured format.

Data tools that answer questions

Tools that read your business data, flag anything unusual and answer questions in plain English.

Internal assistants

An assistant that draws on your own processes, products and policies, for your team to ask instead of hunting through folders.

Drafting tools

Email drafters, report writers and CV rewriters. Tools that turn structured inputs into polished written output.

Classification and routing

Steps where a person used to read something and decide where it goes. The tool sorts, extracts or summarises, and a person reviews the result.

CVCraft AI, an AI product we built and run

CVCraft AI rewrites CVs with no person in the loop. A customer submits a CV and a target role, Claude rewrites it, Stripe takes payment, and the finished document arrives within 24 hours. It is the same kind of tool we build for clients. One specific process, automated end to end, with AI doing the part that used to need a person every time.

Scoped individually

AI tools are scoped individually because two briefs that sound alike can be very different builds. A tool that drafts one kind of document from a form is a small job. One that reads messy scanned invoices and writes into your accounts system is a much larger one.

On the call we ask what goes in, what should come out and how often it happens. We then give you a fixed price in writing before any work begins.

The running cost of the AI itself is usually small and charged by the model provider on usage. We estimate it for your volumes before you commit.

For a figure without a call, the build estimator itemises one in two minutes.

What moves the price

  • How varied the inputs are. Clean typed documents are simpler than scans, photos or handwriting.
  • How strict the output has to be, and how much checking is built in before it reaches a person.
  • Whether the tool has to read from or write to other systems, such as your inbox, CRM or accounts package.
  • Whether it runs as a small internal tool or as something your customers use directly.

Nothing is paid up front. You watch the finished thing work with your own data, and only then do you pay. No deposit and no retainer. How the process works →

Questions about ai-powered business tools

What kinds of tasks can an AI-powered business tool automate?

Tasks that are repetitive, involve processing text or structured data, and currently take a person’s time for each instance. Proposal writing, document processing, drafting customer emails and sorting incoming enquiries are typical examples.

How much does an AI tool cost?

Each one is scoped individually, because the cost depends on how varied the inputs are, how strict the output needs to be and which systems it connects to. We give you a fixed price in writing after the call, and you pay once you have watched it work with your own documents.

Do we need technical knowledge to commission an AI tool?

No. You need to be able to describe the task. What goes in, what you want to come out, and how often it happens. We handle the technical work.

Which AI model do you use?

We build on Claude, made by Anthropic. It handles long documents well and follows formatting instructions reliably, which matters when the output feeds into a real process.

Does a person still check the output?

Yes, by default. The tool does the reading and drafting, and a person approves the result before it goes anywhere that matters. Where the task is low risk and the output is easy to verify, we can reduce that step.

Is CVCraft AI an example of an AI tool you built?

Yes. CVCraft AI is a CV rewriting service we built and run ourselves. A customer submits their CV and target role, Claude rewrites it, Stripe takes payment, and the document is delivered automatically within 24 hours.
